Several Palestinians injured by Israeli occupation in West Bank raid

WEST BANK, November 15 – Israeli occupation forces arrested on Sunday a number of Palestinian citizens and fired tear gas in a large-scale raid in the occupied West Bank.
In Nablus, Israeli occupation troops guarding the illegal settlement of “Yitzhar” to the east of Asira al-Qibliya in southern Nablus abducted Ahmad Mustafa and released him several hours later.
On Saturday evening, Israeli occupation troops set up a military checkpoint at the southern entrance to Jericho, hindering the movement of Palestinian citizens and vehicles.
During a raid in al-Issawiya village in occupied Jerusalem, Israeli occupation soldiers heavily fired tear gas at Palestinian houses and citizens, causing dozens of them to suffocate.
Israeli occupation forces conduct raids and arrest campaigns in the occupied West Bank on a daily basis, intimidating Palestinian citizens, particularly women and children.
The Israeli occupation army has perpetrated 1,854 violations against Palestinian citizens and their properties in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem over the past month, a report by Hamas’ Information Office found.
According to the report, Israeli occupation forces killed last month two Palestinian citizens and injured 154 others.
During October, Israeli occupation troops arrested 384 Palestinian citizens and demolished 16 Palestinian homes.
Israeli occupation forces conducted 356 raids in Palestinian towns and villages across the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem over the past month, in which 159 Palestinian houses were stormed and ransacked.
